Big changes in action.
Moved home.
Most of my friends from work moved to either NY or Chicago and it really made me realize that in the past few months I've completely grown apart from most of my friends and really came to consider my work friends my best friends.
I guess as you grow up you change and so do the people you call friends.
Just used the word friends 5 times.

SUNDAY:
Officially unemployed.
Feels better than I thought it would.
Layed by the pool with Lauren all afternoon getting drunk and tanning.
Went to Tigers game in evening with Lil' Ashley.
Took Lauren around D-town in the people mover.
She was so excited, she pressed her face against the glass and kept yelling "This is AWESOME!"
Got off in Greektown and had an amazing leaving work/detroit dinner.
Monday I went into the office to wrap up some stuff.
Then I hung out at Laura/Laurens place and helped her pack. Aka watched her pack while I played on facebook.
Now I'm going to head over and take her to ship her things to NY.
Then prolly lay around til it rains.
I love sunshine.
I could also go for some taco bell.

So things have been cool.
Got to go on an all expenses paid trip to Chicago for three days which was amazing.
Had a fancy room at the Palmer House Hilton.
Pretty much laid on the beach and drank and danced and went to summer festivals.
Haven't uploaded the pictures yet but I will at some point. I only took like 5 because I was too preoccupied with having an amazing time. |

Soo theres this boy.
He is amazing and funny and we go together like peanut butter and jelly.
However, he is completely unaware that this is how I feel.
And even if he did there isn't too much that could happen due to circumstances.

Sometimes I wish I could just come out and tell people about all the shit you've pulled so they would all realize how horrible a person you are.
I honestly don't know how anyone can stand to be your friend or date you or just hang out with you in general anymore.
If only they knew.
I just realized that this could definitely apply to more than one person. If you're reading this and think it could be about you, it probably is. |

So tomorrow is going to be our last day here in Indy.
We're leaving at 6 am on Saturday so I'm not going to be doing much before we head out.
I've been having so much fun I'm seriously kind of sad to be going.
Everyone in this office is just so awesome and laid back.
It's essentially the perfect environment for me.
We were scheduled to leave tomorrow but I asked if we could extend the trip til Saturday so we could finish out the week here and apparently they loved my enthusiasm so they made it happen.
I miss my Michiganders like woah, but for real, the people here in Indianapolis are just so freaking cool.
I've had meetings all week. Closed 3 sales Tuesday and 3 sales Wednesday. Today however was my first day out on a sales call by myself and I nailed it and closed 2 while I was flying solo.
Even if I don't close any tomorrow I won't be upset because now I know I rock and can do it on my own.
This was seriously the best thing ever. My boss Maryellen told me coming down here would be like 5 weeks of training rolled into one and I thought she was exaggerating but she really wasn't. I've honestly learned so much here and I'm confident that I can come back to Detroit and kick ass there too.

I'm eating some yummy cheese pizza rolls.
I know its after midnight but I still feel today is Good Friday.
I had salmon for dinner.

Then Scotters and K$ picked me up and we went to the Kit Kat Klub.
We are going back every Friday night for the rest of our lives.
It was so much fun.
We sang Toxic by Britney Spears.
She signed us up for karaoke even though I didn't want to do it.
But then it was so fun.
I know I'm just blabbering now but oooooomg.
What a night.
The crowd loved us!

I like thinking back on the year I put no-tear toilet paper in a stall in the girls bathroom at school. And then I told my close friends which one it was in so they wouldn't get it. Only I didn't see Lily and then I forgot to tell her. And then she used that stall.
That was a great April fools day.
I've had some other fun ones but that was one of my favorites.
Theres nothing better than messing with someone who is peeing.
In other news I will be making an appointment bright and early tomorrow at Rehabilitation Health Center in Ann Arbor. I hope they have a parking lot. If I have to find public parking every week I'm going to kill myself. Or just find a different place, probably. No need to be over dramatic. |
